How we handle reviews

Every review on our site comes from a customer who bought from us. We ask everyone for a review after their order arrives, whether they loved it or not.

We publish every genuine review, good or bad. We only remove reviews that are duplicates, abusive, or share personal details, and we never edit what you write.

If we ever thank you for a review, for example with a discount on your next order, we'll say so clearly. The thank-you is the same whatever rating you give.
