Collection: Baby Teethers

Plastic-free baby teethers that actually help

Teething is one of those phases where you will buy almost anything if someone suggests it might work. These are the ones worth having — all in materials safe to chew for hours at a time, because they will be.

What we stock, and what each is good for

  • Food-grade silicone — soft, non-porous, dishwasher safe and sterilisable. The low-effort choice, and the one to pick if there's a latex allergy in the family. Angus the Cavapoo is our best seller, designed in-house and modelled on the founder's actual dog.
  • Silicone and beech wood — a firm wooden ring to gnaw on with soft silicone alongside. Our bunny teether is a good first one.
  • Natural rubber — softer and warmer than silicone, made from a renewable material, and the reason Sophie la Girafe has been in babies' hands since 1961.
  • Fruit feeders — a silicone fruit feeder lets them chew frozen fruit safely. Genuinely soothing, and a small miracle at 3am.

Care matters more than you'd think

Silicone goes in the dishwasher, a steam steriliser or boiling water. Natural rubber does not. Never submerge a rubber teether — if water gets in through the squeak hole and doesn't dry out, mould can grow where you can't see it. Wipe with a damp cloth, dry thoroughly, and replace it once it turns sticky or misshapen.

Everything here is BPA-free, PVC-free and phthalate-free, with UKCA or CE marking and clear age guidance. Always supervise your baby while they're chewing.
