Removable clothes — the bit toddlers adore

Every doll comes dressed in her own signature outfit, and every piece of it comes off. Which sounds like a small detail until you watch a two-year-old spend forty focused minutes dressing, undressing and re-dressing their new best friend.

Dressing a doll is proper practice. Fiddling with fastenings, pulling sleeves the right way round, working out which bit goes over the head first — it's all fine motor skill, hand-eye coordination and patient problem-solving. And it's exactly the same sequence they'll need for getting themselves dressed in the morning, which is a battle worth winning early.
